Quarantine Service Fee Schedule

Registration: NT$50
B.
Hospitalization (Ward): (each day)
Body weight of Dog and Cat

Less than 20Kg: NT$270
2.
More than 20Kg: NT$450
C.
Examination fee: NT$200 for the first day and NT$100 per day thereafter.
D. Rabies
vaccination: NT$300
E. According to ¨Animal Protection Act〃 and ¨Pet Registration Act〃, quarantined
dog can be registered upon completion of quarantine before dog can be released.
The
registration requires :
(1)
Implantation of identification chip: NT$300.
(2)
Registration fee : neuter dog⌒ NT$500.
non-neuter dog⌒
NT$1,000.
F. Extra examination fee for infectious diseases that are not listed in the
quarantine
regulation.
G. A deposit of NT$4,000 is required for each animal while it enter the
quarantine room, and the others will be paid while it finish the quarantine.
H. The owner of the animal must obtain release documents from the Bureau of
Commodity
Inspection & Quarantine before the animal is released.
I. If the document is to be transmitted via fax the owner must provide
identification card and other required information. If the pet is to be
picked up by a person other than the owner of the animal, it is necessary
to have an authorization letter from the owner and identification documents
of the person that is to pick up the animal.
J. Visiting hour will be 2:30 to 3:30 pm Monday through Friday.
Please
contact the veterinarian on duty for other visiting hours.
K. The quarantine period is 21 days. If on holiday, the quarantine period
will
be delayed until the end of the holiday period.
